There are few things that kill stress as well as getting outdoors and raising your heart rate does.  For Vancouverites, that often means popping over to Stanley Park. Dating back to 1896, Stanley Park is Vancouver’s first park and spreads about 1,000 acres around downtown.  It’s praised for its evolution as a natural forested park with little landscape architecture or man-made structures. We recommend you opt for the most popular way to explore Stanley Park: take the 10 kilometer seawall route by foot or by bike.
